To submit fanart, create an account on http://www.deviantart.com and make sure that zelda uo is one of the keywords when I search for Zelda UO fanart. I check deviantart regularly to see if anyone posts fanart so which ever picture I like the best by the time the episode is ready, I'll use for the loading screen, with permission from the original artist of course. All other fanart will be shown in the credits of the episode. =D
